Environmental development: Local caring for Country and cultural heritage bodies, and regional, State and Territory groups such as the North Australian Indigenous Land and Sea Management Alliance, and national groups such as the Indigenous Carbon Industry Network.

Economic development: Regional Indigenous economic development bodies, State and Territory groups such as the Queensland Indigenous Business Network and national groups such as Supply Nation.

Representational: Local representative groups such as to local government authorities, regional representative groups, State and Territory representative groups such as the ACT Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elected Body (ATSIEB) (ATSIEB), the Council of Aboriginal Services Western Australia (CASWA), the South Australian Aboriginal Advisory Council and the First Peoples’ Assembly of Victoria.
